Notary fees for wills and inheritance contracts are determined by the Court and Notary Fees Act (GNotKG) based on the value of the estate.
The fee for a precautionary power of attorney depends on your assets and can be well above EUR 300; a stand-alone living will is less expensive (about EUR 80). We are happy to tell you the exact amount on request.
